I am a resident of Forest Park Nursing & Rehabilitation. They have a high turnover of staff. The staff is not very friendly. The food is not that good. The rooms are old and small. The food has limited choices. No flavor, very bland. A couple of days a week we played bingo.

don't ever go to this place!! terrible for people that don't have family to support them. put you in a room without a caretaker!
