I visited this facility and the staff was friendly and welcoming! The residents seemed to be happy, well groomed, and appeared to be over all well taken care of. Housekeeping was working on floors, the air was fresh, and no odors were noticed. Nursing was very attentive. Overall I would recommend.

I found staff incompatent and did not follow safty guidlines and their rehab and education programs where sub-par. They were understaffed on all my visits to their facilities. further more many residents complain to my friend on how they had been treated. It goes as far as alligations of abuse. They even made a pregnat cna lift a 400lb. person by herself during one vist.I would say thet the facility is grossly negligent and no one should have their loved ones their till they hire some morestaff and provide both their workers and thier residents with respect and safty.

We had my grandmother in this facility after she had her stroke. The placed smelled of rotten or dying animals and fetus. The staff was rarely helpful to my grandmother. The speech thearpy lady was no help to my grandmother neither. After my grandmother did about 2 weeks of the speech thearpy she didnt want to go back and refused to get out of bed to go. The activities for the residents arent very much fun, the only thing we could get grandma to go to was bingo, she wouldnt even do diner in the dinning hall because she didnt like the look it. If grandma were to call a nurse it would take about 15 minutes for anyone to come down and her dinner was always cold when delivered to her room. the other thing was we couldnt get her to eat because the food tasted so bad. we finally convinced them to let us bring her food that would go with her diet but she would eat.
