My mother was at AHC West Tennessee Transitional Care for about a month and a half. It was a very good facility, and she had very good care when she was there. The staff members were very good. The rooms were very nice, very spacious and clean. It was an updated facility. Nothing looked run down or anything like that there. Food was average. Cleanliness was very good from what I could see. The layout was good. It's very well laid out. They had a lot of activities, too.

My mother was at AHC West Tennessee Transitional Care. My overall experience with them was really good. My mom had a good relationship with the nurses and they bonded with her. Whenever I visited, her room was always clean. They always came by to check on her. If there were any problems, they would give me a call. It was a nice facility. They had something special for the residents to do every day. They had different types of art, bingo, and they always had someone come in to entertain the residents. Some days, they had good food and some days it just wasn't the best. Sometimes, my husband and I would have to go and get her something to eat if it was something that she didn't want.
