My mother is in rehab at Hillcrest Healthcare Center. Physical appearance is fine. It's not a new facility, but it's clean and well-kept. Everyone is very nice and professional. They are probably short-staffed. I don't know what level of staffing they have or if they're actually looking for people to hire, but they're all really busy. Just based on what they bring to my mother, they have a variety in the menu. They do repeat some of the items quite frequently, but she eats the food. The food smells good. They bake cookies, and the spaghetti that she had the other night smelled really good. She ate most of that. The only therapy she gets is what they do in her room like walking to the door, some exercises, standing, sitting, and that type of thing. The rooms are fine and spacious, maybe a little cramped if they have two people in there.
