I toured Washington Crossing. When you walk in the door, it feels very comfy and very inviting. I got a warm feeling just walking in the door like someplace I could go and be comfortable with. Some of the residents had been there 10 years, some 5 years, and some even longer than that, and they all seemed quite happy there. They had nothing bad to say about the place. They just love it. The staff I met was very friendly and very nice. The dining area was beautiful and huge. They have a movie theater and a gym with exercise equipment that you can use. They have underground parking that had a heated ramp. So if it snows, the ramp will melt the snow so you can get in and out with your vehicle. All the apartments have heated flooring. Each apartment has its own heating system. They have a full kitchen. There's a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and sink in the kitchen. The staff seemed to be very friendly. They said 'Hi and welcome.' The place was very clean, too.

We have selected Washington Crossing Senior Living. I like the apartments because they're big and bright. The guy who took us through is nice. They have underground parking. It's close to where my sister and my brother live, so that's why we picked that. It was very clean. They have a meal in the afternoon. They have somebody who comes in and gets your linens from you and washes them once a week. And they have somebody that comes in and cleans your apartment.

My husband and I are now at Washington Crossing. It’s very clean and homey. You have individual apartments, and they have several different floor plans wherein a 2 bedroom with a bath and a den. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. The meals are good, and they have an on-site chef that prepares the meals. They also have assistance to showers, taking your medication, or anything else you might need. It’s three floors with an elevator. Our apartment is very spacious, and it’s very nice as we have 2 bedrooms and a den. Laundry facilities are available, and they have a library, a fitness center, and a game room. They play cards, bingo, and Wii bowling. Once a week, they come in and change the beddings, and once every two weeks, they will come in and clean.
