The entire staff at PC have been great! I knew the first time I met Carmen, she cared about her residents and their families. She listened and was supportive of my mom and me. The staff have answered all our questions and always have a smile on their face. They greet each resident by name and seem to genuinely like what they are doing! The activities have been helpful for my mom and I look forward to seeing my mom get more involved at Prairie Crossings. Thank you all for what you do!

I went to Edgewood Prairie Crossings. I didn't feel very comfortable with it. To me, it was sort of cold walking into it. Some places when you walk in you would feel warmth and stuff, but I didn't get that from this place at all. It seemed clean, but I didn't like the lady I visited with. Right off the bat, she just told me I couldn't afford it. The dining area was nice and clean. They showed me the TV room and their physical therapy room. They have physical therapists on site. It just wasn't what I was looking for. The person showing the place should not just tell somebody outright they can't afford it until they know more about you. I can understand where she is coming from, but she doesn't know me or know what I have or not. They need to be more friendly or outgoing and not standoffish.

We toured Edgewood Prairie Crossings. It's a mile from my personal home. It's in a very nice neighborhood. It's a lovely facility. The staff was great. I got a good feeling and felt very comfortable, and it's very clean. The food looks fabulous. Carmen, the director, is fabulous. She's funny. She's warm and she's caring.
