I'm very happy with Transitions Healthcare. The place is always clean and they have adequate personnel. Everybody who work there is very kind and my mother is very well taken care of. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. They have a lot of activities. Every time I go there to see my mother, she's always clean. All the residents are treated with respect and they all look like theyre very well taken care of. They don't smell like feces or urine. They all look like they're happy and not drugged. They're all interacting with each other and they play games. I'm very pleased with the place. My mom likes the food and says it's good.

My grandad has been there for 4 years. They have been bought by a new company who has been making changes to the appearance. The staff is friendly, helpful, and trly care about the residents they serve.
