Village at Valley View was very clean. The rooms were very, very nice and well-designed. They were much more homey. The staff was very kind, very caring, and very professional. They offer quite a few activities and they have places for residents that want to go to have a quiet place to read. It was just very, very nice.

The Village at Valley View is a special place for special people. The professional team at the Village, comprised of registered nurses and care partners, has an extraordinary commitment to individualized, 24-hour heartfelt care. Since the Village is exclusively dedicated to those with memory loss, our well-trained, experienced personnel are continually involved in new training programs designed to help them provide the latest state-of-the-art knowledge in caring for people dealing with memory loss. Our care partners do not have offices. They spend 100% of their time interacting with our residents. They assist with daily medication, grooming, and dressing, arranging medical appointments, personal hygiene, mealtime assistance, and a wide variety of other personal care, life-enrichment, and health-related services. The Village at Valley View in Ashland is not only part of the community, it is a community resource. As people live longer, effectively meeting the needs of those having memory loss has become a critical community need. Our large conference room and our experts are available for innovative programs and discussions about dementia, including Alzheimers Disease and other memory loss issues.
