I'm staying at Treetops Apartments. It's for seniors and people with disability. It's a nice place to live. I've lived here for eight years. We have somebody on duty 24/7. When the office is closed, they have monitors. The phone is always answered here 24/7, and the doors get locked at 9, so it's a secure place. They have nice laundry rooms. They have different places that bring food in. Like every Friday morning, Broken Arrow Neighbors brings us food and that's open to everybody in the building. Then the last Saturday of the month, St. Anne's brings in food for us. The apartments are one-bedrooms with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. They're not real big, but they're functional. If you have a problem, you call maintenance, and they get it done right away. They will take care of everybody's apartments. Everything is kept up to date. The manager and the assistant manager are nice and easy to talk to. They will help anybody with anything they can. Any issues, you talk to them, and they'll help you. It's a HUD property and they go by your income. The staff here are very wonderful and we love them all. They have a community room, and they do a lot of activities there. It's a big building. They have 120 apartments here. They have a north side and a south side; we live on the north side. We have stairs but we also have elevators. There are two floors, and there are 60 apartments on each side. Then in the middle of those is a big community room where they do a lot of activities. Each floor has its own little community room where we do potlucks and have different things. I go out and do puzzles. I have puzzles going out in the hall right now in our little community room. They encourage people to get together.
