The third shift staff is very unprofessional and does nothing for the patients. A family member laid in bed for 5 hours and was not checked on once. She then pushed her call button and two hrs later, a first shift aid that had just arrived for work, came in her room and helped her. She was soaked and had urinated and had to lay in it for hours. This happened 10/13/23. This is unacceptable and unbelievable! Her entire experience has been like this. This Facility is not up to operating standards. I would not recommend sending any loved ones here.

Didn’t bathe my mother but once week if that. Didn’t leave food trays if she was asleep so she’d wake up hungry. The only thing they had for her to drink was water..... claiming aides arguing in the half. Would definitely NOT recommend this place at $180 a day!!!! Find something better for your loved ones, this is NOT the place!!!!!

Dad was supposed to be in the cardiac recovery wing. He was not placed there. He couldn't get out of bed because it was so low and not automatic. The call light went unanswered. They took the compression hose off the first night and his legs swelled. The night supervisor was rude and she made him stand and strip to check for bruises after we left even though he just had open heart surgery and was exhausted. Never was moved to cardiac wing even though it was promised. Never got a chair tall enough for him to sit in and residents just wandered into his room. Never again. However, one very nice nurse.
