My mom is at Heartland of Dublin. It is very clean, and it seems like the people are friendly. The staff is friendly. My mom seemed to like it right away; getting good feedback from my mom is always good. I've talked to the staff, and they seem very responsive. They want to make her comfortable, and they're helpful. I have not been in the room, but it looks good. Everybody's been in there, so they said the room was clean. My mom says she she loves the food and that they're feeding her way too much. That's a positive thing. It's a good location. I think it's convenient and is in a good spot. It's new. It all works to her advantage.

My disabled and medically fragile brother has lived in four other facilities. Heartland of Dublin surpasses them all! Every facility had issues; Heartland mgmt actually addressed the few we've had, promptly and thoroughly. Kudos to the staff: well-trained, caring, & exceptionally observant. They monitor him closely, keep his spirits up, and keep us informed. Can't recommend enough!
