This place is ok. I had a friend there. I came in and the hallways smelled like urine. The food was cold and barely cooked. Residents seem to be be complaining about the food all the time. No one seems to care. The nursing care is ok. They do not care for the residents as much as they should. Residents personal hygiene is not top priority. Some of the staff seem like its like a hassel to have to work with the staff. Not all staff is like this but majority are. I think the place needs to be checked out. Would not recommend.

We toured Twin Rivers Center. They had a very good, accomodating staff, and their facilities were beautiful. I was very impressed. The food was homemade; they even made homemade pizza crust. Their rooms were beautiful as were the views. The landscaping was also beautiful. They answered immediately, and I've never been put on hold. They called back right away and have helped me through the whole process.

We did not really choose Twin Rivers Rehab and Care Center, but that's where the hospital sent my dad. I've been there only once and I don't think it's bad. I think it's pretty good.
