We are doing adult day care for my husband at CYO Adult Day Services. It is a big help to me. They have all kinds of things, and that's what I like about it. They have some type of arts and crafts. They usually have speakers come in, and the ones that are able sometimes do day trips. I like that it is clean, and it doesn't smell. They provide very nutritious meals. They try to do a little exercise with the patients, but it's hard for a lot of them to do something. If the client wants it, they make communion available every day. My husband never said anything negative, but he doesn't realize that where he is going or what he is going there for. It's getting him out of the house with other people. Otherwise it is me all day. It is good for both of us.
