"The rooms were well lit and clean, the CNAs and nurses were very nice and took care of my mom, however the physical therapist didn't follow through with therapy, it's like after they found out about my mom being released they showed less interest. They didn't even explain how to transfer my mom from her bed to a wheel chair knowing she was going to be released, a CNA took the time to explain and show us how to do it very disappointed with physical therapy staff."

"I was in Regency Wenatchee Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for a while. All the nurses and the people that come in and help you and stuff were very nice and very friendly. Any time I needed something, I rang the bell, and they were right there. During meals, you had a choice whether you wanted to went down to the dining room or to stay in your room and they would bring your dinner to you. There were a couple of times I did go down to the dining room and the ones that go down to the dining room were people who were in electric wheelchairs or they had walkers and canes. When I was there, nobody talked to me except the people who worked there. I had a lot of trouble with the food. They were bringing it to me in my room. They had set menus for each meal and if you didn't want what they had, they had extra stuff that people could order instead of that. I'm diabetic, so a lot of the food that they brought to me was very high in carbs, which is not good. There's a lot of food that I don't eat because of the medications I take and I would ask them, "Please do not put this on my food" and my food would come and it'd be there and I'd call them up and I said, "You made a mistake again," but when the food came, the stuff I could eat was good. They had a few activities, maybe two a day, and it was usually something at that time I wasn't able to participate in. They had places where they would have arts and crafts and bowling and stuff like that. There was another one where you could go in and read books, play the piano, and put together puzzles."
