Security was horrible. There were many elderly patients with dementia and/ or Alzheimer's disease, and they would get out and get lost quite frequently. The facility itself was very clean, but always had a smell of disinfectant. Staff seemed cold and uncaring. The nurses did not turn my Uncle as they were scheduled to do and as a result he had several bed ulcers get infected. Once in a while he would have a very understanding and empathetic nurse, but it was rare.

While the staff is very nice, i dont agree with how its ran. The residents have no interaction. The cnas/rns dont interact with them at all except to feed and put them to bed. No activities are really supplied.
