"The experience with this assisted living provider was a good one. The facility was clean and was nice smelling compared to most. The staff members were very polite and really took care of my grandfather when he lived there for a short period of time. He never had complaints of being there or dealing with the staff. He only had his usual complaints of being at any facility about food, but that is only because it is healthy food and not junk food. The area in which he got to move around was nice and quite big compared to many other places. It seemed like a really well prepared facility and seemed as they were ready if anything, such as disaster like fire or electric going out, were to happen. It really seemed to comfort our family that this facility provided for our grandfather the way that they did. It put our minds as well as his to ease. The staff really took a liking to him and he seemed to enjoy himself for the time he was there. "

"Continental Manor Nurs and Rehabilitation Center is clean, neat and the staff is excellent. My mom kind of keeps to herself, but they have bingo, games and something every day. My mom loves the food, she said she thinks there's an old grandma in the kitchen cooking. The food is all made from scratch and she loves it, and she hasn't had one bad meal yet. The staff have been exceptionally helpful with everything. Regarding the cleanliness, I have seen a few little things but nothing major."

"Ohio Living Cape May is very nice. I went there to see their independent living. I like the individual homes, the land, and everything. It's a very well laid out community, and the staff is very nice. They have a dining room that you can go to. They offer house cleaning, and they also have a nursing home. If you get sick, you can go over there; it's very convenient. They completely redo everything before you move in. I have some friends that have lived there, so I know they paint the rooms and put new carpet in to your liking. They're also very accommodating."

"Court House Manor’s rooms were beautiful. I fed my mother every night for six months, and the food was decent. The staff was wonderful, and very good. I had no complaints about it. I saw some were doing puzzles together. "

"My wife is in a rehab convalescent home at Batavia Nursing Care Center. She has been staying there for over two years now. She loves it. The staff there is excellent. They all seem to be very caring and everything. She hits a buzzer and they're right there. They take good care of her. They do everything for her. They cut her food up, they use a Hoyer lift to get her in and out of bed, and she has a wheelchair that they push her around in. She seems to like the food, too. She says they give her enough. They have very good maintenance on the buildings, like if the clock is wrong, they fix it. The rooms are excellent. The yards are all cut and clean. There is no garbage going around. They allow pets there. I take my pup in there to my wife and all the attendants and nurses come and look at him and play with him. My wife seems to like activities. They play bingo, horse races, and a few other games. They have dinners like Christmas and Thanksgiving, and stuff for the people and their families. I don't have any complaints about the place."
