My mom is a resident of Tower Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They give her full care services, including bathing, walking, and cognitive activities. They have activities always trying to keep her engaged as much as they can during the day, like coloring, drawing, and watching little things on the web and stuff like that. Their staff is pretty good. I haven't tried the food, but they do feed my mom well.

Fathers in law fell, was on floor more than 30 minutes before a CNA showed up. Everyday, I’d find roaches in his room. Then the 3rd day. I found a pill on the floor. Apparently it didn’t belong to him and they threw it out like - no big deal. But what if he would have noticed it and took it?? That’s a major slip up!! He’s only been in there a week, a family member visits daily on a rotation. Roughly hour visits. About 4 times now, I’ve had to track down a CNA either for him or his roommate. The state needs to shut this place down permanently. I don’t know if it’s state owned or private owned but it needs more hands to take care of the patient load. Their so called calendar of events is a joke, times are all wrong. They are good about congregating around the nurses station to do patients hair. That’s a nice touch. So is the dining room and Tv room. They seriously lack enough care to fully engage with the residents

The nursing staff is amazing. They truly care about the health and well being of their residents. My Grandmother is a new resident here and I couldn't be more pleased. No matter what time of day I visit she is dressed and very well taken care of. They call me all the time to keep me updated and it's so appreciated. Looks can be deceiving. It needs to be updated and is in the process. They have a new administrator that is really on the ball and is passionate about her job and the home.

My brother was at Tower Nursing and Rehab Center. I think it was a very good nursing home. They didn't take the privileges away from their patients. The patients had much freedom as they can. They have a nice porch in the summertime where the patients can go out and sit. They have a nice TV room. The patients can go and watch TV. They had the same freedom as if they were in their home, which was good. Also they were always supervised. The patients enjoyed this facility because they were getting a fresh breeze.

The staff was very friendly and kind mannered towards the residents of this facility. Although sometimes I thought there is never enough attention paid to the residents of the assisted living facility because they are often short staffed.
