The staff of The Heritage of Sugar Mountain are what makes this place special. They vibrant and caring people that enjoy the residents and are always interacting with the residents. You can tell a lot about a facility by the residents moods and friendliness. Each time I've visited the facility, I have always had positive interactions with the residents and staff.
