Navion of New Bern was more like home. It was roomy and spacious. It was a home environment. The staff who gave the tour was friendly and kind. I also met the marketing director and another individual. I talked to both. The place was very clean.

I'm very happy with Navion of New Bern. It's a very nice facility. They seem to be very caring and interested in their residents. The facility is very well-kept. The director is very nice and seems to be concerned about their residents. It just seems to be a very good facility. It's very nice and clean. The rooms are very well laid out. The dining area is very nice, too. The tables are set up very well.

My sister was in Navion of New Bern. They didn't keep her as active as they could. They had some activities but didn't get my sister involved. The staff did an inadequate job. I had trouble getting hold of the right person. They were understaffed. My sister's room was adequate, and she has an emergency cord she could pull if there's a problem. The housekeeping wasn't as good as it could be in her room, not terrible, but it could have been improved a bit. They have a very nice courtyard, a room for bingo, and an exercise class.

My brother-in-law moved into here. They were very cooperative, very nice, extended their time, and answered all my questions, and they were very helpful. That's why we chose it. The staff was very helpful, Paula, Michael, and the nurse was Scott, they've been very helpful and my brother-in-law has been there almost a month, almost two months now. The dining area is very nice, it's in a bright area, it's big enough, and it's fine. The facilities were excellent and very clean. They have outings and game nights.

It was very nice. It had very nice facilities and opportunities for the residents to do things. The rooms were clean, good-sized for a single person, and they were very nice. The staff was very helpful, seemed very cognizant of patient care, and keeping the residents happy. There was a bingo game going on in one facility and some gentlemen were playing cards. The menu had some variety to it.
