Staff are friendly, caring. Strong rehab team, prompt response to concerns. Positive experience. The care plan process was helpful in identifying the needs for my mother and her plan of care. Dishcarge planning was efficient and helpful.

2015, My 84 years old father received Rehab services at this facility after being hospitalized. The administrative team, nursing staff and rehab department provided excellent service to my father. This year (2017) I went back to the facility to visit some family members who lives there on Long-term basis. After visiting there for a short while I realized that several of the amazing people that I used to brag about doesn't work there anymore. I could see a big change at the facility & it wasn't for the good either! I will not be recommending this facility to anymore family members.

This facility is a small, friendly facility with a lot of heart. It is not unusual to see staff spending time with a resident just to chat and make them feel special. The facility is not perfect, but they are customer service oriented and make every effort to facilitate satisfactory responses to concerns, suggestions, etc.
