My mother has been at Harmony Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for 2 months now. The place is clean. She seems to be happy there, and they're taking good care of her. They contact me often about my mother's case. I'm having a meeting tomorrow with her care team just to see how things are going and I do that once a month. They call me if anything changes with her medications or if she's suddenly sick. They've been very cooperative in getting her to her doctor's appointments by transport. The staff sometimes just seem to be a little overwhelmed with the demands and needs of their residents. I know they're doing what they can, but I think they probably could use more staff. The food is good, and they have a nice variety. There are three residents in her room, but there's room for a chair and a wheelchair. Each has her own bedside stand and an eating table.
