"I believe this facility is called Premier now. The rehabilitation staff are professional and extra gifted in their careers. The entire staff are cordial and as hard as the medicine shift/meal shift can be, they all work so hard to get it done. I've always believed in order to get the best care of your loved one is to constantly advocate for them. This is true of Premier as well. Upper management needs to be backed up against a wall before they are able to accomplish things. It shouldn't be that way. These administrators use good judgement and really care about the patients. So upper upper management should loosen up! One downside. I don't think they have more than one Dr and one PA. My parents have been there for a little over a month....haven't ever seen the Dr or had any of my medicine concerns addressed! Over all this is a good place to put a loved one. As always, have family there as much as possible! "

"Words of expressions can not begin to tell you how grateful and thankful I am with the service and love that you've shown to Mozell and I during his stay at Carolina Rivers. The CNA's, nurses and the therapy team were all on target. I sat there from 8 to 7 daily. I saw the workers diligently while working with loving and sincere care. "From the moment we walked in for a tour, through my Dad's stay in long term care, and during his passing, we were welcomed with open arms and treated like family. Dad's care team provided personalized care for his specific needs, and he became attached to the staff who cared for him, talked and laughed with him, and comforted him when he wasn't feeling well. The staff went above and beyond to help us ensure his needs and desires were met. Dad said the best things about staying at Brook Stone were the staff and the food! (The food is very good, family ate with him when visiting.) The day before he passed away, staff notified us immediately that they noticed a decline and we were able to be with him that day, through the night and the morning of his passing. His aides and nurses gave us respect and privacy but were there at every moment we needed something. When he passed, they cried with us and helped us manage the necessary, emotional tasks needed at the time with great respect and care. We were treated kindly and professionally by every staff member we met at Brook Stone. The staff truly act as a team, helping each other and assisting residents and family members as needed. The facility is older and maybe not as fancy as newer buildings, but the people who live and work there make it a lovely home and care center. We had a positive experience and encourage you to visit if looking for care for your loved one."

"I was at Woodbury Wellness Rehab Center which is connected to Stonebridge The experience here was something new to me I have never been in Hampstead, NC and to see how the facility was, was something very new. When I entered I noticed how clean and modern the place was. I felt like I was walking into a min palace. I have enjoyed the staff to the upmost, everyone is so generous kind, and respectful. They know how to care for a person medically and professionally….but it felt like the kindness at home. I got comfortable very quickly after recognizing how loving and kind there were. Food is superb and well placed on plates, staffs were so professional as if they were working in an international restaurant. Everything here is so sweet here!"

"This facility has been running for a while. Even though it’s not a five star resort I found the care to my loved one was top notch. Nothing is ever perfect, but when I concerned issues they were heard and staff tried to accommodate them. Rooms are double occupancy and small with a shared bathroom. One cna named Melissa provided top notch care for my family member. She went beyond the call to help him before he left to go home. "
