My friend is a resident of Peak Resources Alamance, Inc. It was clean. The staff was genuinely helpful and extremely nice. They do have a beauty salon there. I think they have like a little gym where they do their rehab. They can take them to do certain things. The staff was wonderful. You didn't see people sitting out in the hallway just sitting there. They were either in their rooms doing something or they were somewhere else doing something, or one of the aides was with them. It was good. They're very interactive. I believe one time they did like bingo. They have something to do, like a movie night, and they have computers set up out there if any of them want to get on the computer. It's just very nice.

Peak Resources Alamance is a great and beautiful community. My momma loves it. It is a wonderful place and she's getting great care. She said the food is great and she likes it a lot, and the staff is wonderful. She has her own shower in her room. All around, the care is just absolutely wonderful. It's one of the nicest nursing homes I've ever seen. They also stay in great contact with me, like if I call them about something, they call me right back. It's just been so easy. They have their own little putt-putt golf course, bingo and they have painting courses that you can do. They have this little book where you can pick out courses from; it's like having college classes. There have been a lot of activities there and it's one of the things that my momma wanted the most.
