My father had great care here. There are many activities for the residents. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any concerns. I don't think we could have found a better place for my father.

My friend will move into Chenango Valley Home. I would describe it as desirable, excellent, professional, and clean. They have attentive staff. Kim was excellent. She was very informative. She has been helpful with questions and follow-up. She was very detailed when she was answering our questions. She was very professional. The apartments are very clean. The condition of the whole overall facility is the reason why we selected this location. That and the way the staff reacted with us. We have seen them having activities like bingo. We toured the dining room, the library, and the community room. Some of the people were on an external tour while we were there. They were off-premises doing a tour, so there were not as many people in-house when we were there because they were out doing a tour. The dining area was very clean and very professional-looking. We did not try the food, but they showed us their menus. They have a set meal item for every meal, but you can order off of a menu, too. They have specials every day and then every day they have three or four other options of food that you can choose.
