My friend is in Orchard Rehabilitation, they're taking good care of him and everything. I can't visit him. I talked to him on the phone and I guess he's doing OK. He's eating good, he likes the food. The facility has been there a long time, but it's in good shape, and it's clean. The staff, they're good. They do have activities. I don't know if they're having them right now with the COVID. It's close to me so I can visit.

if you put your so called loved one in this train wreck of a nursing home, you really need your head examined. Its a very bleak place to live. its the kind of place they put you when they not so secretly want you to expire. Don't say you love them and stick them here. most aides and most nurses dont care and wont listen. same for the lackluster doctors with almost zero bed side manner. In a nutshell, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

This facility is such a terrible place, the staff, ignores residents and call lights go unanswered for over an hour or longer, dementia residents are allowed to wander unsupervised around the building. The food is very poor quality and they have no special diets for diabetics or heart friendly diet either. The activities department is almost non-existent and run by a incompetent young woman with no idea what she is doing which is standard for most of the rest of the staff as well. Resident go unchanged and sleep in their clothes and shoes over night do to aids and nurses ignoring their duties and administration just looks the other way if anything is said about it.

From what I observed, Orchard Manor looked fine. I was only there twice, but it looked clean. The dining area was nice. They have round table where people can sit and chat. The food wasn't as bad as it was in the other facility. The residents were also able to choose their own menu. My husband wasn't there long enough. They seemed to be friendly enough, but my husband did not like it. He had a roommate that didn't like white people and he threatened him. My husband spent the first couple of nights out in the hall sleeping in his wheelchair until I got on the phone and had him moved to a different room. I really don't know too much about the staff because I wasn't able to get there very often. However, from what he told me, he was afraid of his roommate. The nurses didn't seem to help him much.

Rooms were not kept clean. Not many activities for residents. Staff seem to have short attitudes with residents
