I have been a resident at Bethel Estates for a little over 4 years now. Located in the Town of Hamburg, they are a large complex with predominantly senior residents. I would recommend it as it caters to various levels of need unlike nearby complexes with inside mail room, accessible laundry,on-site rental office,on-site 24 hr maintenance services, access to cable services and various programs offered to meet the needs of the residents.Bethel Estates is a comfortable place to make your home update... now here over 7 years. All is well. New Pella windows. Beautiful. New entry system. So nice. As good as it was, better still.

My experience visiting Bethel Estates in Hamburg, New York was very positive. My grandmother lived here for several years before she passed away. The facility was clean and she never had any complaints with the exception of a few minor maintenance issues. While she was here she was able to make some friends and enjoy herself. She spent much of her time in the common areas downstairs playing cards and socializing with the other residents. The staff was always friendly and always happy to help with just about anything. The living situation was typical to an average small one bedroom apartment. The appliances were relatively new and everything worked, though sometimes the AC was pretty lousy. My only complaint was that every once in a while when visiting security seemed to be non existent or a little too relaxed. Sometimes my brother and I would not even have to be buzzed in and were left to wander without question.
