I'm in rehab now at White House Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. I'm getting along pretty good. It's decent. It is better than most in the area. It's not dirty; it is clean. The staff members are pretty good. You ring the bell, they come, and they take care of you, and stuff like that. I have no problems here. Overall, everything here is decent. I don't eat red meat or pork, and stuff like that, and I'm on a renal diet. So, they meet my requirements for food. They have all sorts of activities. They have bingo, and they play cards in the day room.

I did not care for White House Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. I was not impressed. I think they're overcrowded. It's hard to care for patients when you have so many of them. There were three in a room, and it wasn't as clean or neat as some of the other places. It just seemed like there were many more patients than there were staff.

White House Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center looked pretty good. It was nice and clean. Everything smelled good there. The people were very friendly. It was very quiet. The staff was really good. She answered my questions and everything else that needed to be answered. The people that were there were saying hello. The lady told me they have stuff for the residents to do, and they were going to have a football thing happening.

My sister is in White House Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. We're satisfied with it. They're very good. I like that anything that goes wrong in the nursing home, they call you. The staff and the food are very good. We are very pleased with that nursing home. We can go in now and visit. Before, we had to make an appointment with the virus going on. Her room is good. I have no complaints. The service is good. If the weather is good, we could take her outside. They have the yearly picnics and different things for the patients. One of my friends recommended this for us to go see for ourself, and we were happy. They do their job. The facility is clean. I would recommend it to anybody.

I had the opportunity to talk with Ms. Connie in reference to a family member who is in their care. I was so impressed with her professionalism. She advised me that she cannot answer any question in reference to medical treatment. However, she did answer all my questions, and ensure I understand all answers. She is an OUTSTANDING staff.

The facility is extremely well kept, the food is disgusting, some staff workers are very friendly… My Auntie was a resident here at White House The recreation department I believe it is kept my Auntie very active…. The ladies in that department are incredible with the residents along with my Auntie… So genuine, always making sure things are going well, I mean they go out their way with everything!

Immaculate facility, staff customer-friendly and professional. Residents are comfortably socialized with four patients to a room. Security is good and off-street (free) parking is conveniently located. Administration strives to assure visitation is possible during COVID, including Zoom visits. But, the menu leaves room for improvement.

White House Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center was very clean, which is important. The staff was responsive to requests, and the nursing staff was very professional. The social worker was very helpful. The meals were good.

I've already found a location for my mother. She is at White House Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. The staff is very friendly and very informative. The specific social worker who is assigned to my mother keeps me up-to-date on my mother's status. Every time I talk to them, they're always very friendly and always answering all my questions, and they're always available. The care is very friendly and warm. Based on my impressions, they take a lot of interest in the residents' overall well-being. They make sure to get my mother involved in activities. The one-on-one approach that they have with the residents is great -- that's why I chose them. The rooms seem to be pretty spacious. My mother has a roommate but the room is spacious. The facility is very clean. The backyard area has enough area to walk around. They have outside seating and patio furniture. It is really nice. It looks fairly new. It is a great location. The dining area is very spacious and very well organized. I have a copy of the menu and the food seems to be nutritious. My mother is diabetic, so they make sure that she has the appropriate food for her. There are a lot of activities. They have bingo. They have going-out activities, i.e. like going to the local Wal-Mart.

The only other facility that I have visited is the White House. The place is immaculate and the building is white. That's why they call it the White House. It's a very busy building. The grounds are kept beautiful with green grass and flowers. There is parking in the back of the place where visitors could park. The security is excellent and it is extremely clean. You can't cook there, they feed you. The staff is excellent and they take up time with their patients. They make sure that their patients are clean. They give them snacks. They have a day room where they can go and do anything like color or draw or crochet. The patients seem very happy. They let you take patients out. If you have a friend there, you have to sign them up and you're responsible for them as long as you're out. They don't have to stay there all the time.

White House Healthcare and Rehab Center was clean and pleasant when you go in. I don't know much about the facility, but I have never heard anyone complain about it.
