We are hoping to move my sister to The Terraces at Lawrence. This place was very clean. The director was very professional, and the people seemed very caring. They had an atrium that was a very nice place to meet, like on a Sunday if you visit. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable.

They're very, very cordial. The staff gave a comprehensive tour. They're just not appropriate for what my mom needed at the time. The cleanliness was acceptable, they had an activity room where they would have events, and people could come and go with each other. They also had a gift shop and a lounge area.

My beautiful mother was here at the meadows. It is very nice in looks and clean. They did not give mom enough attention. Mom should of been checked more often. My mom had a massive stroke there. My sister found my mom because the staff did not check her closely. They looked at her from the door of her room. They would of notice something was wrong with my mom. We felt this place was overpriced, nice in appearance but cut corners on staff. That is where it is very important the staff’s training. We had known this we would never put her here. We love mom very ver y much and miss her everyday.

We’re waiting to get my husband into here; they haven’t had a bed available for a month. It has the reputation of being one of the best in the state. When we went for the walk-through, it was clean; there was no odor. There was no hustle and bustle in every hallway. The rooms are very up-to-date and clean. It was very serene and gave you the impression of a fine hotel.
