We encourage our families to ask questions, visit with our leadership team & staff whenever possible to ensure we share information effectively. Family members are invited to our Family Council meeting where they can communicate with the community leaders & share their experiences with other family members. Our full-time activities director shares photos with families of our residents engaged in our social and recreational activities programs.

Our community is a fully-sprinklered ensuring even greater safety for residents. Residents are provided with an emergency call system that is monitored in a central location and alerts staff when a resident needs assistance. All entry and exit doors are alarmed and provide a greater measure of security. Our front entrance is locked after 7 p.m. nightly and requires a code and staff assistance to enter the community after hours. Oak Pointe is also monitored 24/7 via security video cameras to ensure the safest possible setting for each of our residents.
