My father lives in Castleparke #2. His room is really nice. Everything's very nice, but there's one staff that lives there. That's not incredibly helpful. The place looks really nice, and the buildings are right next to each other. The other day Dad wanted to go to the doctor, but they said, "We won't have two people here to take you." So my sister drove all the way down from Saint Louis. They're not very accommodating. They don't provide any activities. In their defense, he's been there since everything got shut down. He moved in, in the middle of lockdown, so they haven't been able to do activities. If we take him out, he has to quarantine for two weeks. He complains about the food a lot. The place is nice, laid out well, and has a good thought out plan. When I talk to the owner, she's always very helpful, but I think the actual staff doesn't really follow through on things. There's one lady that's there a few days a week, and she's wonderful, but there's one lady that's there most of the time and she's not very helpful. I think they feed them a lot of food, but my dad has Parkinson's and he can't eat it. It's laid out really nice, and the rooms are real nice. I've only been in twice because we're not allowed to go in, but when we moved him in it was very clean. The cost is great.
