My grandfather was at Sunterra Springs in spring of 2024, and it’s was the scariest and best decision we made. The whole situation was new to us, and my grandpa is very much used to being independent and on his own in his 90s! When he took a hard fall and the hospital told us he couldn’t go back home yet, it was a fight to find the best place for him to rehab home. The administrator came to meet us in the room, multiple nursing and therapy staff helped him get settled and started on his evals within hours of him getting there. If they were waiting for the next day, they told us why and how they were basing therapy off his pain to make sure we got him home safely without re-injuring anything. My grandfather was there for about 3 weeks and miraculously went home by himself again because of the therapy and nursing team at Sunterra. Andrew, Debby, Dana, and so many more staff helped in a lot of ways. My grandfather had some tough nights alone with some confusion, and I can’t express the gratitude I feel towards Debby and Andrew for helping him during the tough mornings and communicating with me when he could use some extra family support that day. This is never an experience anyone thinks about having to go through, but having Sunterra helped so much

My grandfather was recently placed at Sunterra after hospitalization. The private rooms are so nice. He loved having the privacy and his own restroom/shower. The staff was attentive and caring. The therapy team was great with him and he was able to walk out at time of discharge which was HUGE after laying in a hospital bed and losing all his strength. I would definitely recommend Sunterra for all your loved ones needs!

The rooms are large and the facility is very nice. My father is there for rehab- and we have been amazed at how comfortable the whole experience has been. The staff have been wonderful! We cannot say enough about the Director of Nursing and Administrator. Really fantastic and caring people!

My wife is at Sunterra Springs Dardenne Prairie. It's a very nice place. They appear to be short on staff, but that's normal now with everything, so that's not much of a concern. It's a new facility. They're very helpful and friendly. I am pleased with where she's at. This is the third time she's been there, so she's familiar with it. She has a private room. All rooms are private. They have physical therapy. I assume they have occupational therapy as well. They're very conscious of who comes in and who goes out. You have to sign in and sign out. The food's adequate, but my wife is a picky eater. Accessibility is very good. It's right on a secondary highway, which is just off of an interstate extension, which is good and easy to access. The grounds are well-kept. The parking is adequate. I've never been out on the back side of the facility, but it appears there's a common area out there from what I can see from the window. Occasionally, she's had a lengthy wait time for a nurse to arrive after pressing the call button. Insurance takes care of it.
