My wife will be moving into Cassville Health Center For Rehab And Healthcare. I toured it, and it looked really good. It's odor-free, and there aren't a lot of communities that are. She has dementia, really bad, and the girls and I can't take care of her at home. Cassville Health Center said they could take care of her. It's just nice. It's clean, and the atmosphere is nice. It's also close to all the family, so we can go and see her. We can see if everything is going all right with her.

Cassville Health Care and Rehab has to be one of the best facilities around here. My grandmother was submitted into this facility years ago where she lived her normal daily life. She was taken care of the way she would have been in her own home. She smiled as much as she did when she was home. I was aloud to spend as much time with her as i wanted, and i could feed her as well so it was like she was still home. The food there was convienent and tasted great. my grandma was showered whenever she wanted one and was able to use her restroom as well whenever she needed to. The nurses were very respectful and kind to all the residents equally and treated each resident with respect as well as there coworkers and visitors. My mother wasn't too fond of placing my grandmother in a nursing facility because my mother was a nurse and seen how some nurses could be towards there residents but we visited Cassville Health Care and Rehab before placing my grandmother here and the overall facility was unbelievable a grand place. I used to ask my grandma how her day or night was and she responded with "It couldn't have been better child." It made my day knowing my grandma was safe and happy! My grandma had a close friend whom she shared her bedroom with so she wasn't always alone. I like Cassville Health Care and Rehab because it has two dining rooms -- One to eat, and one for the residents to do whatever they wanted on there own time such as watch t.v, or play board games. My favorite part was rounding a few residents together and taking them to the second dining room and playing a board game with them. They really loved that. The nursing facility is always kept clean and organized. All the residents and staff are very good, delighted people. I give full respect to each and everyone of them.

Barry County Care Center is an assisted living facility located in Cassville, Missouri. The building itself is quite old and the center does not offer many of the modern conveniences that are found in larger cities and new facilities. This seems to be more of an inconvenience for staff, however, than it does for the residents. The staff is comprised of experienced doctors, nurses, nurse's assistants and aides, and social workers. Right away you can tell that the employees genuinely care for the residents they care for. As soon as you walk inside, there is a very calm, pleasant atmosphere. Residents are encouraged to sit in the day room to visit with the staff, and visitors are always welcomed with respect. The staff takes the time to explain to relatives what sort of care their loved ones are receiving. For those residents who do not often have visitors, the staff goes out of their way to spend extra time with them. The food is very good, and they take extreme care in making sure that the diets special diets are followed exactly as the doctor has ordered them. It is also worth mentioning that the center, which is quite old, is always spotless.
