The director/staff are very personable and have created such a warm and welcoming environment at OurTime. During my tour of the facility, I noticed how spacious it is and that it offers a setting where individual comfort needs and requirements can be accomodated. The level of cleanliness and organization of the facility is absolutely impeccable! The participants are all treated with the care, dignity and respect that our loved ones are so deserving of and are made to feel at home. The staff has a hands-on approach to their one-on-one interactions with the participants that adds to the warmth of the facility. The participants were encouraged to engage themselves in an activity or any one of the lively conversations that were going on at the time. The location is centered near downtown Jackson and only a short distance from the highway and major thoroughfares of the city, making it easily accessible. The director is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced caregiver. She answered all questions and concerns and truly understands the emotional side to having to place a loved one in someone else's care.
