We went to Artis Senior Living of Woodbury. The whole facility is all memory care. They were not able to take care of my husband's medical issues, but it was a great place. It is a fairly new community, so everything was really comfortable and nice. The staff that I spoke with was pretty extraordinary, as far as their compassion level. They were very good. They listened to everything that I needed and let me know if they could help out. I was very comfortable talking with them about it. The room size was very nice. They had it set up very well. The atmosphere was very warm and comfortable. The dining area was very clean and accommodating to all the folks that were there.

Artis Senior Living of Woodbury is like a home environment. There is access to the outside, a nice dining room, and beautiful grounds. It's a phenomenal facility. I saw a room with a bathroom attached. It is extremely clean and well cared for. Everybody seemed very friendly. Everybody walked into the hallway addressing the residents in a friendly manner and caring for them. They actually got a highly trained chef there. Their dining area was beautiful and looked over their grounds. The residents can go outside as they wish in the backyard because it is fenced in. They have patios and walking trails.

I went up and looked through the windows at Artis Senior Living of Woodbury. It's got everything in it. It isn't completely opened. The only part that is open right now is the memory care unit, and they've got the building divided into what they called neighborhoods. So they have independent living, assisted living, and memory care. I was literally about putting my brother in there because they opened in June and they've only got five patients right now. This facility is beautiful. It's brand new. I only talked to two people, I am assuming they were nurses, probably a head of the place, directors, or social workers. When I went that day I did not have an appointment. We drove by to see what the facility looked like, and they came out because we were peeking in the windows. They came out and spoke to us.
