This facility is poorly run, and staff changes constantly. Our family member was served lunch at 3 in the afternoon many days. The insurance/billing department and the "social worker" was a joke. They spent all day doing nothing, and hanging out with social worker brother who was a resident too. Old, outdated rooms, peeling paint and dirty floors and carpet. This rest home looked gross.

A friend received Hospice services at this facility for 5 days. At 3 PM on day 5, the family was notified that the facility would no longer allow Hospice to be provided and demanded she be transferred or taken home THAT SAME DAY (she was total care and family unable to provide care she needed). Totally unprofessional and added so much stress to family as well as patient. Would not recommend them for anything!!
