I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother-in-law moved into Balfour Ann Arbor. It is a 5-star rating because of the care that she received when we were considering her moving there and the support she got for moving into the facility. The food is fabulous. They take good care of her. She's already making friends, attending activities, and is happy as a lark. The facility is gorgeous. They have a wide variety of activities.

I visited this facility
Balfour Ann Arbor has very nice, very helpful people, and a welcoming atmosphere. Most of their activities were cancelled because of COVID, but they have lots of activities normally. They have very good food and an accommodating staff. Sometimes the food is a little fancy, but the chef is willing to make what you want. They're brand new. I think they have some kinks to work out, but I would give them a good rating.
