Our interactions with every staff member we've spoken with over the past three years has been exemplary. Every single member we've ever spoken with has been professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, patient and thorough, whether it be nursing staff and nursing management regarding medical care or the receptionist regarding clothing and other necessities,

Our family member had been here over a year after an unexpected fall caused a head injury. From day one, the owners and staff have taken care of her and us as if we are their family. The facility is immaculate. The staff, from the nurses to the care assistants to the folks that keep the facility beautiful and clean are second to none! There are cognitive therapies, exercise groups and many activities that keep the residents engaged and happy. I have never asked for anything that they haven’t happily agreed to. Oasis has made an unthinkable situation so much easier for all of us. The owners are present, involved and demonstrate daily how much they care for the residents, families and staff. I have been a nurse for many years, and have seen the best and the worst patient care and facilities. Oasis has far exceeded my expectations consistently.

My Mom has been at the OASIS for a year and a half given she can no longer walk. The staff is professional, courteous and most of all "caring". The owners, Micha and Ben, are on sight and always available to speak about anything. They will do whatever it takes to keep your love- one comfortable and safe. I particularly take comfort knowing there are top level RN's on site. The nurses communicate with the family in a professional and courteous manner. Rooms are always clean and warm. Well done to the management and staff at the OASIS. It is truly a premier facility! Rich

The accommodations are outstanding !! It feels and looks like a 5 star Hilton . It’s so clean and fresh . Staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help . Mike and his staff are very focused on safety for residents - extremely careful and ensuring the maximum protection from infection / virus / cold etc . The food is outstanding and the in-house nutritionist is amazing with new food ideas and options . There is an outdoor courtyard and lots of daily activities including live musicians each day . It’s truly an amazing facility.

Thank you Oasis at Dodge Park staff for the most exceptional and beautiful floral bouquet arrangement and the condolences sent with love from the Oasis family. It was unexpected and truly a happy and very much appreciated surprise. It arrived on the perfect day and time too. The Oasis at Dodge Park offer a true family atmosphere and experience at Oasis. The rooms are large, comfortable, neat and tidy. The food is excellent and the resident loved it. Before he came to Oasis he was in four other Memory Care Centers. He only liked and looked forward to the meals at Oasis. All the staff is exceptional. They are caring, and supportive to both residents and their visitors. We found a wonderful family at Oasis. I wish we found Oasis at the onset.

After a brief hospital stay, my dad, Bernie, was admitted to Oasis at Dodge Park in August, 2023, and my family and I will be forever grateful that he was able to reside there throughout the remaining months of his life. The owners of Oasis, Micha and Ben, and their entire staff, were especially kind and provided my dad with the kind of care and attention that he really needed due to his dementia. Everyone at Oasis consistently made him feel truly comfortable, emotionally and physically, and well loved. Whenever my mom visited my dad, or had reason to speak on the phone with any of the staff, she was reassured that he would receive whatever care he needed. This truly gave her peace of mind. They even demonstrated their love and concern for her as well. They always wanted to be sure that she got her rest and assured her that my dad was in good hands. In my own experience I was always greeted with a hug and a smile from the wonderful staff whenever I visited with my dad. In addition to the very friendly staff, there was entertainment every afternoon and all the residents were there each time to enjoy it. The happiness of the residents meant a lot to them and the staff even celebrated all the veterans on Veterans Day, and decorated beautifully for Hanukkah and Christmas, giving gifts to the residents as a way to bring them joy. On another note, we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the entire facility. The dining and living area, his personal room, and the courtyard, restrooms, and parking lot were spotless. The bottom line is that we think it would be very difficult to find another long-term facility anywhere that has a staff as excellent as the one at Oasis at Dodge Park, a staff that treats the residents and their loved ones with such love, respect and devotion.

I moved my husband into Oasis At Dodge Park. It's a large facility and there are about 50 residents there. It's relatively new and beautiful. It's got a whole open, circular area in the middle where the activities go on and where they have the dining area. And then the rooms kind of roll around the outside. They have a beautiful big courtyard in the back outside. They have music every day. In the afternoon, they have someone coming in to perform live. They have quite an active program of activities for the residents. They have a consultant psychiatrist, and they can make adjustments to medication very quickly. They can respond quickly to situations. They call anytime anything happens. They do have nurses 24/7. The staff has been wonderful, so far. I call and make appointments to visit, and they always have him ready when I get there. They do a great job with that. They test for COVID before you go in. You're not allowed in without a test for COVID, which is an extra precaution. So, they're very, very careful about that.

From the moment we walked into Oasis at Dodge Park, we felt a deep sense of relief and comfort. Navigating the journey of memory loss with a loved one is never easy, but the staff here has made it a much smoother experience for our family. The caregivers are truly the heart of this facility. They approach their work with immense compassion, patience, and expertise. The environment is thoughtfully designed with residents' needs in mind. My mother enjoys the various activities and social opportunities that keep her engaged and connected. The gardens are serene, offering a peaceful haven for reflection. Communication is another area where Oasis excels. We're always kept informed about our loved one's progress, challenges, and daily experiences. This transparency creates a bond of trust, which is invaluable during such a vulnerable time. We're deeply grateful to have found Oasis at Dodge Park. It's more than a facility; it's a community where love, care, and understanding thrive. We also love the inclusive care program and rate lock. This bringing our family a sense of comfort and ability to plan financially to years to come.

My mom has been at the Oasis for going on 2 years. The shared room that she is in is very nice and spacious and the staff has been incredible. My mom enjoys the entertainment that the Oasis provides daily along with other activities such as bingo, card playing with friends and more. The Oasis has gone above and beyond in caring for my mother and I can't imagine her in any other assisted care facility. My brother and I are very appreciative!

Oasis At Dodge Park took care of my father before he sadly passed away and the two owners were the most wonderful people you could ever imagine. They got to know their residents. They even came to my father's funeral and brought his roommate with them. It's a newer place and they deal with dementia, which my father had. They had very nice rooms and very nice outdoor space. They did lots of crafts, music (they brought in people to play piano or guitar), painting, sing-alongs, and exercises. It was expensive, but the meals were good. I have nothing bad to say about them. They bathed him, dressed him, and were very good to him. It's a gorgeous place.

Both my parents are now guests at OASIS, and we are very happy with the support and assistance they are both receiving. Our mom has Parkinsons, and therefore requires a high level of care, which she receives in a very caring and loving enviroment. While my dad is more mobile, his "temperament" requires a more delicate approach, and the staff and management at OASIS do a superb job of managing any situation and doing the extra little things that make him more comfortable - whether it be offering him a cappuccino in the morning, occasionallyarranging for him to get a slice of special Italian cake with his meals, and, when he was able, even assisting him with an exercise bike that reminded him of his glory days biking through Europe. We are sad we cannot directly give our parents the care they need at this stage of their lives, but feel very comfortable in the choice of OASIS to give them the best care we could find.

We feel very lucky to have transitioned my father to the Oasis at Dodge Park from a traditional assisted living environment. With advanced Alzheimer's, we were trying to find a facility that would provide him with the highest quality of life and be able to effectively manage his health and behavioral needs - the Oasis at Dodge Park has far exceeded our expectations. From the start, the application, medical assessment and move-in process was efficient, coordinated and straightforward. All members of the staff worked together to address all my dad's personal and medical needs and they continue to place a high priority on communicating with the family. Despite the advancing of the disease, my dad is healthier than he had been and looks so well cared for every time we visit. It is easy to see that every staff member takes pride in their work and participates in the care and well-being of the residents - from the cleanliness of the facility, the daily food offerings, medical care and entertainment options. They care and it shows. Having experienced other facilities over the years, Oasis at Dodge Park stands alone at the top for our family.

The owners and staff of Oasis are absolutely the most kind and caring individuals that I have ever encountered in the industry! I didn’t think we would find a place that met our families expectations, but Oasis goes above and beyond! Mom is so happy in her new home surrounded by a staff that treats her like family! We are so grateful and the peace of mind we have found at Oasis is priceless!

The facility and staff are amazing. To see such transformation in mom so quickly. She is looking more focused and has her smile back. She has made friends. Her caregivers have gotten her out of a wheelchair and walking around. Their communication with the family is constant. The scheduling to visit is easy and the video calls priceless. I give Oasis at dodge park 5 stars. Happy for our mom to be able to call her home

My aunt, who was single her entire life, was well cared for in her last couple of years at The Oasis at Dodge Park. I chose Oasis for my Aunt based on the reputation for quality of care and service to their residents. The rooms are comfortably bright and comfortably furnished, including television. A most wonderful thing about Oasis is the attentiveness of the staff and providing activities that keep the residents interacting in the common area through much of the day rather than spending the day in their rooms. The activities include live music, when possible, interactive trivia, and crafts, to name a few. I love the fact that Oasis has a "Chef" so you know there is pride and quality in the preparation of meals. Family and friends are welcome to join their loved ones at meal time with brief advance notice. (non-covid times, of course). Speaking of COVID - the continuous communication from the owners to residents' families since the start of COVID clearly identifying all areas of protocol as well as their advance planning to ensure to the utmost of their ability the safety and well-being not only of the residents, their primary responsibility, but also the safety and well-being of their entire staff. If there was a medal of honor to award for outstanding response to a pandemic, The Oasis at Dodge Park and Dodge Park would get the medal of honor. A huge thank you to the owners and staff at Oasis!

The Oasis at Dodge Park was truly a special find for our mom. The facility is beautiful and the atmosphere very positive. We could not ask for better care for her. RNs, NPs, LPNs, medical director, specialty doctors, compassionate well-trained staff, and even hospice if/when needed, are there to care. What is so special is that while this exceptional level of care is provided, at same time it within a warm home-like environment. There is excellent food, and engaging activities and entertainment geared for a great blend of residents at varying stages of their lives. It is the kind of place that a loved one can move to and stay, without having to move again and again. We were also pleased that the daily rate is significantly less than skilled nursing homes in the area. Thank you Oasis, you have our family's five stars.

Oasis at Dodge Park makes me feel extremely settled knowing my mom is in very good hands. I am in constant communication with the nurses and staff there, and I always know how she is doing and what the update for her is. Her room is always clean and I love that when I come to visit her everyone knows who I am and is so excited to see that she has visitors come. I don't live very close to the home, so it is a comfort to know that she is taken care of by such trustworthy people and with the best intentions for her. Oasis nurses and staff keep my mom safe, comfortable and constantly cared for and feeling loved. I couldn't recommend Oasis more.

I am grateful to the Oasis for the thoughtful care of both my parents. My mother has atypical Parkinson's and requires a high degree of physical assistance. The staff have been very accommodating, such as finding her online programming in Italian, a prayer partner, etc. and I find her looking well and cared for. The owners, Ben and Micha, have gone out of their way in the care of my father, who is very fussy about food, and just about everything else, even to the point of ordering special Italian food just for him. They treat my parents with special regard for their specific needs, and are very accommodating of my requests. Diana, the receptionist, has always been available, friendly, and helpful, especially in this time of covid, whenever I need assistance. The facility itself is beautiful, bright, and open; and is run very carefully, with a lot of attention on keeping the residents safe from Covid. On the whole, I have found the entire staff very kind and helpful, and am happy with my decision to place my parents here.

Mom has been at the Oasis for almost 5 years. This is her home. She is treated with respect and dignity. Everyone knows her name and addresses her accordingly. She continues to receive outstanding care from not only the caregivers but to the kitchen staff to the maintenance staff, recreation staff, laundry staff etc. One critical component of the Oasis is that the owners Micha and Ben truly have a passion for the quality of life of the residents. They are actively involved in the daily needs of the residents and make sure that everyone is involved with activities based on their ability. The cost may be more than other residential facilities, but having had Mom at other places, this is the BEST!!! I do not live in the area but I always know she is well cared for. Any surprise visits I make always reveal that she is clean, dressed appropriately and engaged in activities to the extent she can be. Bottom line is I can sleep at night knowing she is getting such great care and she is in the best place for her needs.

Finding and committing to a long term care facility for my parents was a difficult task. Both parents required 24 hour care. But, both parents had different needs. My father's mind was excellent but his body was failing. He was a Type 1 diabetic. My Mom suffered from dementia and anxiety. Her physical health was good. After researching and visiting dozens of facilities, I discovered Oasis at Dodge Park. When I first walked into Oasis at Dodge Park, I knew it was a special place. The building was impeccably clean inside and out. The resident were out of their rooms and participating in activities. All the staff (receptionist, administrators, CNA, nurses, facilities, food service) were friendly and engaging. The mood was calm. The owners, Micha and Ben, were open and accessible. Oasis at Dodge Park accommodated both my parents with outstanding and compassionate care. Mom and Dad shared a room, spent their days together in the library, dined together, and attended Shabbat services on Friday nights. My children and I were able to spend quality time visiting with Mom and Dad. We shared private meals, celebrated their birthdays, and joined them in activities. It was a special time of togetherness, after years of struggle with them physically apart. My parents mental and physical health needs were met with expert attention. Whenever there was a problem or concern with my parents’ health or behavior, I would hear immediately from the head nurse or the nurse on duty. JHC Hospice was brought to attend to both parents' end of life care. The hospice services were seamlessly integrated with Oasis at Dodge Park's model of care. I was particularly impressed by Oasis at Dodge Park's COVID-19 response. During an incredibly stressful and uncertain time, the leadership of Oasis at Dodge Park worked tirelessly to keep protect residents and staff from the virus. They communicated their policies clearly and in a timely fashion. When in person visitation was limited or prohibited, my family and I always had access to Mom by video. When Mom’s health suddenly declined, my daughter, wife, and I were able to be with Mom at the end. Mom was moved to a private room immediately adjacent to a side entrance to the building. Prior to visiting with Mom, we were tested for the virus. We were given gowns, masks, and face shields. We completely understood and appreciated the safety and infection control measures. Reflecting back on the last three years of my parents' lives, I am certain that Oasis at Dodge Park was the right choice for my parents and our family.

When you come to the realization that caring for a loved one at home is no longer an option, worry takes over. You search for the best place possible to care for one of the most important people in your life, and hope the decision you make is the right one. I met the owner at my lowest point. He was kind, patient and understanding as I explained my father's situation. He met with me and my dad on a Saturday morning. He spent hours going through how everything worked. He provided a tour of the facility, introduced me to residents' family members and suggested I speak to them about their experiences. I was so impressed- Dad moved in that Monday. The care Dad received was unparalleled. Everyone in the facility was amazing from the maintenance staff to the AD of Nursing. The staff's kindness and patience is unmatched. With such a tough disease, it takes a very special person to manage the calm, peaceful atmosphere that was always present. The physical facility was immaculate- clean, modern, laid out for the residents. Dad's room was sunny and bright and looked like a hotel room- though very little time was spent in his room. Dad was always out with the staff and other residents- even if he refused participation in activities :) , he got the mental stimulation of watching and feeling included. I cannot possibly put into words the gratitude I have for every member of the Oasis team. I knew Dad had an extended family in every wonderful aide, cook, nurse, and maintenance worker. Thank you to each and every one.

My mother has been at Dodge park for over 2 years. I can’t say enough of how amazing each and every staff member there are. The owners truly care for each resident as if it was their own family. I feel so relieved my mother has gotten the best care and love and support in such a difficult time in her life. I don’t know what I would have done if Dodge Park wasn’t offered to us.

The staff at the Oasis took such good care of my mother for the past two years. Ever since she was diagnosed with dementia eight years ago, the goal had always been to keep caring for her at home. As her disease progressed, though, it became clear that she needed to live somewhere else that could give her all the help that she needed day and night. She very briefly stayed at a few other places before finding her new home at the Oasis, and none of those places could even hold a candle to the Oasis. It wasn’t until she transferred to the Oasis that my father said that he could finally sleep at night, knowing that my mother was in a caring, safe environment with staff that he could trust to give her the best care possible. I’m thankful for all that the Oasis offered to her: the beautiful, cheerful environment to call home, the activities, the music and entertainment, the holiday celebrations, the meals that we could always join her for and everything else that made her daily life as normal and uplifting as possible. We're thankful for how they navigated the pandemic as safely as could be and always did their very best to make sure that my father could spend as much time as possible with my mother toward the end of her life. We are extremely grateful for everything.

Having experienced several nursing homes throughout Massachusetts for both parents, I can say that Oasis is far and away the best. The owners are great and the staff sets them apart from the rest. There are great indoor and outdoor facilities and activities throughout the day. The staff is not only great with the patients, but their families too. They are extra communicative, and help throughout the entire patient lifecycle, with true sincerity for the difficulty of the situation. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Oasis offers excellent personal care with knowledge, dignity and compassion. Staff members are friendly, well-trained and interactive. Communication between staff and family members is open and frequent. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, the activities are resident appropriate and family involvement is encouraged. The food is excellent and always available to visiting family members. Overall, I consider Oasis to be an excellent facility and trust them completely to provide the 24 hour care required by my Dad.

My mother moved in the first month that Oasis opened. She had been in assisted living elsewhere which was no help to her at all. She ended up in the hospital with a UTI. Just by sheer luck, the social worker at the hospital recommended Oasis. I was skeptical at first, since the assisted living facility had been so hard on my mother's condition. But, my skepticism was proved wrong. Oasis delivers on the care 24 hours a day. Before long, my mother was smiling again and the nurses, social worker, and caregivers monitored her closely. As she needed more care, they anticipated and met the need. Throughout the entire 3 years she spent at Oasis, right up until her passing, she received excellent care. I would highly recommend Oasis at Dodge Park to any family with a loved one suffering from dementia. Like me, they would not have to worry that there loved one is being looked after 100% properly. I slept very well knowing my mother was there. The key to the excellent care is the fact that two owner operators of Oasis are right there every day. This active management and the right number of carefully selected staff members allow them to deliver on the care 100% every day, 24 hours per day. Every staff member there knew my mother and cared about her well being. Anyone with dementia would be LUCKY to be a resident at Oasis at Dodge Park!

Imagine my disbelief when I first found out that my sister had early onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, it became painfully apparent when she was only 55 years old. For several years we couldn’t figure out what was going on, she had restless nights, forgetfulness, memory loss, and she always wandered off, causing a panic and sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. We tried having her live with us for a while, but if you are reading this review you know that sadly, it is extremely difficult and a 24-7 commitment. We made the decision, drove around and visited and evaluated dozens of facilities. Some were very nice looking but the staff seemed unresponsive, others felt like sterilized wards, and the worst ones are the ones that have that distinctive odor about them. If you are currently looking at different places you know the smell I mean. The second we walked into the Oasis we knew that we had found a home for her. As strange as it seems, it reminded me of being on a cruise ship. There was someone playing the piano and staff and the people they serve were singing Sweet Caroline. Now that doesn’t happen all the time, but there are regularly scheduled activities at the Oasis. Some of the people served cannot move around much and don’t sing, but if you watch their feet you will probably see them tapping to the beat! The very first time we entered into the Oasis, unannounced, for a visit and evaluation we were pleasantly surprised both owners Micha and Ben were there. Micha took around for a tour asked questions about my sister and gave helpful suggestions about care facilities. He gave us a book that he has written about dementia. The most moving moment that I experienced with the Oasis was when my sister had to be hospitalized for a short period of time, at a hospital miles away from the Oasis. I walked into the hospital and imagine my surprise, I bumped into Ben one of the owners he had driven miles away just to check on and visit with my sister. I choked up. You are not going to find that attention level at any other placement… The nurses are always present and are usually within eye sight of most of the people residing there. They are friendly, experienced and supportive and they are always in contact when something changes or my sister has had a bad day. Now my sister has her favorite nurse, of course, but it would not be fair to mention her here, because all the nurses are fantastic. Oh, did I mention that they have a dental hygienist who goes to the Oasis, and a Psychiatrist, there is hairstylist, a yoga instructor and many other people. Some of the most important people in my sister’s day however are the staff. They all know her by name and always say hello. Most of them are upbeat and will probably put a smile on your face when you go to visit the Oasis. I have gone in there a little grumpy before and walked away grinning. They work hard genuinely care about the people they serve and their families.

We are so lucky there is a facility like The Oasis. The space is beautiful, the staff are wonderful. All patients are out and about in the facility and are not living in their beds. There are activities through out the day from games to entertainment. Residents participate what they can. Sing along or sit quietly and enjoy. I am forever grateful my mother in law is in their care.

My mom has been at the Oasis for almost one year. This is the perfect place for her to be. The owners and the staff take such wonderful care of her. They are all very polite and friendly. They have constant activities and play music that my mother benefits from. We appreciate all that they do.

We visited Oasis at Dodge Park. My dad stayed there for a little while, but we didn't like it there, so we took him home. It was very nice there as far as the looks and the food go, but there was a lot of staff turnover, and a lot of different stories. We asked them to call us if he was acting in a certain way, but when we got there, he'd been fighting with them, looking for us, and nobody had called us. The rooms were nice, but one of the problems was that somebody had come into his room twice and pooped all over his bed, and there was also poop on his chair. We thought that it was a nursing home, but we found out it was a rest home when we had him in there. They had a lot of outside activities which was nice. A lot of people would come in and sing, they would do exercises, and they had activities all the time. Inside the building there was a hairdresser that would come in and a dentist. The kitchen staff was wonderful. There were five of them. It's $13,000 a month to stay there and just to get in there you have to pay $26,000 just to get a room -- first and last month's rent. So a month would cost $30,000.

My dad is at Oasis at Dodge Park in Worcester, MA. He has been there for just over one year. We are grateful every day that he is in Oasis. It's the most AMAZING care facility I have ever seen. He is treated with respect, kindness, dignity, love and compassion every single day by every single caregiver. The place is brand new, beautiful, open, immaculately clean, fresh, and like a 5 star hotel. The activities are well planned and well staffed. His room is beautiful and uncluttered. The staff and owners are fabulous. The owners even give you their personal cell phone numbers to call it anytime. The food is good too. My father is very happy there. He had some health issues that have resolved since he's been there. Of course it's late stage dementia why he has remained there but some smaller health issues and diet issues have all resolved. I'm happy because we checked out a number of other places before we found Oasis and some of them I would have rated straight across 0, straight across terrible or whatever it may be or in different varying ranges but Oasis is straight across 5 stars for everything. We are planning that this is his home permanently.

Excellent! Oasis at Dodge Park provide much more care than a regular assisted living. They have RNS now. My mother is given medication that she needs. She's seen by her doctor regularly. She has Alzheimer's. Also, a geriatric psychiatrist comes down on a regular basis. They're good on medication, so she's up every day, she's bathed, she's well-dressed she gets 3 meals a day. I have been there, and sometimes I'm always there when there's a meal. I had the meal myself and it's delicious. It's owned by two private owner/operators that are right there on staff every day. I looked at dozens of assisted living and other care facilities. It just happened they owned one across the street that's called Dodge Park Rest Home, and it was just opening exactly a year ago. My mother was one of the first to move in. It's a beautiful facility. Compare to the place that she was before, this home is better. Her symptoms are constantly changing and they're monitoring and changing the medication. She's incontinent at this moment, but they still managed to keep her well-dressed and make sure she's changed within at least an hour. I'm very impressed. I am extremely fortunate to have found it. The two owners make an effort to know all of the residents and their families. They go out of their way to make sure that any concerns are taken care of right away.

Oasis at Dodge Park is top quality rest home. They treat their residents with dignity and caring. They go above and beyond for their residents. Their staff is A1. Superb! A 5-star staff. They take great care of their residents. I can't thank them enough how they take care of my mother. The atmosphere feels like family. Every time that I go up there, the staff is interacting with the residents 100%. They treat them like they're family. The aides treat the residents like their grandparents. They respect them and they treat them great. I have no complaints at all. I've tried the food, and it's good. It's very diverse and seems to be healthy and what the residents are looking for. The residents have no complaints that I know of. I'm very pleased with the place. It's all about my mother, and they make it all about her.

The care at Oasis is amazing. The staff is very personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They have plenty of activities going on to keep the residents busy. The entertainment that they provide is amazing. There's live entertainment every Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. There's lots going on there. We've eaten there before. Throughout the summer they have cookouts for the family every single month. The family always feels welcome and comfortable when you go to Oasis. It has high ceilings with lots of white chandeliers. It makes the residents feel like they're in their own living room. It's beautiful. They have beautiful outdoor area, courtyard, picnic tables, umbrellas and benches outside, birdfeeders everywhere outside the windows, so the residents can see the birds. They have birds inside, too. I think anybody looking for a facility for a loved one that needs memory care, Oasis is a top choice!

The Oasis is a beautiful facility. The common areas are bright and open and the rooms are spacious. I am at facility once or twice a week and it does not matter what time you go, you are always welcomed with a smile. From the door monitor to the nursing staff, to the health care workers and cleaning and cooking staff, everyone is friendly and responsive to the needs of the residents. Numerous activities are offered daily often including live music and a wide variety of food options are available throughout the week. We had cared for my father in our home for many years prior to thinking about a rest home as we couldn't meet his needs any longer. I wanted a place that felt like home with a staff that surrounded him with love and a high level of care. I truly feel we have found that at the Oasis.

My 93-year old mother became a resident of Oasis at Dodge Park six weeks ago. Her dementia had been significantly increasing, and the assisted living facility she was at previously could no longer manage her care - i.e. incontinence, combative behavior, not sleeping at night, challenges with ADL's. Within three weeks, the outstanding staff and resources at the Oasis figured out what was causing my mom's behavior [UTI, medication issues], and now my mom is clean, groomed, happy, eating, sleeping, and participating in a wide variety of activities. And she's playing their baby grand piano! She's always happy to see me, and I am extremely grateful to Micha, Ben, Carrie, Renee and the amazing staff at the Oasis!

My family and I were extremely happy with the care my Mother received. From the moment she was admitted her care was exceptional. Every staff member treated her with dignity and compassion. The facility is meticulously cared for, meals are well rounded and the dietary staff go above and beyond to accommodate the most picky of eaters. The rooms are decorated tastefully with views of the courtyard or front of building. Residents have multiple activities throughout the day.

Extremely caring staff. Wonderfully engaging entertainment and activities by visiting performers. Lovely, bright, welcoming facility. Facility is always clean, staff members are always working, and engaging constantly with each resident. Heartfelt compassionate staff members who appear to work together as a team for the benefit of each resident. Regardless of individual's abilities, the staff engages each resident as they are able and feel comfortable. Family members are always welcome at meals, for visits, entertainment. Owners of the facility are as involved as the staff, knowing each resident as an important, vital individual, and interacting with them constantly. Laundry is clean, individually identified and put away for each resident. Rooms are organized and kept neat and orderly. Safety and well being of residents appears to be the number one priority. Private space for family birthday: visiting. Beautiful grounds and outside (safe) areas for sitting - and cookouts and entertainment. Holidays are all marked with decoration and activities. Our family looks forward to, and truly enjoys visiting, and also allows us to feel confident that our mother is well cared for and safe when we leave.

I have not one bad thing to say about Oasis at Dodge Park. I only have praise. My mother was in a home before she went to Oasis and she did not get close to the care she gets now. She's improved tremendously since she's been in Oasis. She's never going to be good but compared to what she was, she's fabulous. The facility is brand new. It's bright, cheery and on one floor. They don't have to walk up and down the stairs for anything. I ate lunch with my mother more than a couple of times and the food is good. The staff is very attentive too. I have 100% communication with them even with the slightest thing that happens to my mother. They call and notify me right away, it doesn't have to be a fall or anything. It could just be anything. They let me know if anything beside the ordinary happens (which I did not have previously with another company). One day they called me and said that there was soup spilled on her. Now, I don't think any places do that. I was flabbergasted and VERY happy. There's always somebody there. The administrators are there ALL THE TIME. They'll take time to talk to you anytime. I email with the nurse that's on the floor frequently to ask her questions because I'm in the Florida and that's in Massachusetts. So for me it's important to know that where my mother is she's being cared for well. I know that she is because in October of last year my aunt passed away. I had to fly back to Massachusetts. Now, no one in Oasis knew I was going back to Massachusetts because it was a last minute thing. I walked in the door and my mother was clean, fed and her room was neat. She was also out in the activity, just the way I want to see her - WELL CARED FOR. And that was a complete unexpected visit because they could just wash her until I came back and check in. I call also and talk to my mother. They get her the phone or we try to Skype on the computer but that's a little more difficult. I mean I'm able to communicate as much as I can with my mother and the communication with the facility (both the nurses and the management) is outstanding. They have MANY activities everyday even on the weekends. They bring people in from the outside. I was there once and they had a magician. They also have music, drumming and exercise. My mother is busy all day long even at night. There is not much time that they can sit in a chair and do nothing unless they so choose. They inter mix everybody. If you're one that can't get around very much you're still part of the activity and can still participate as much as you can whereas where my mother was before when she get to the point that she couldn't do a lot for herself, she sat in a chair all day. It's a little more expensive than other places but it's worth every dime. I can't say enough good things. They have never once disappointed me. It's wonderful!

My brother has been at Oasis at Dodge Park for over a year now. It's been a wonderful experience. The facility is magnificent; it's like a Marriot Hotel. It's very clean. The staff and ownership are terrific as well. They're very much involved so they're very progressive. The food is good and my brother likes it. There's entertainment for all residents on an ongoing basis. There are activities both in the morning, afternoon and also on the weekend. Theres musical entertainment and they teach all kinds of classes. They do a wonderful job to get the residents to participate. I think it's a tremendous value for what the cost is. To sum it up, it's a wonderful place!

Dodge Park Rest Home was older, darker, and had two different levels. The rooms were gloomy. However, the staff was very good. The owner was very thorough during the tour. There was a party room in the basement and someone was having a birthday party for one of the residents. Their family was there, so they were very happy.

My family member has been a resident at The Oasis for several months and we are more than pleased with the care she has received. I am a retired registered nurse and was looking for a facility that would provide attention to the details of her individual needs on every level. I have not been disappointed. The Oasis management and line staff are sensitive, professional and dedicated to the residents and their families. I highly recommend Oasis to others like us who need to know their loved one is safe and well cared for at all times.

There cannot be another Home that cares for it's residents the way the staff at Oasis cares for my mother. The entire staff including nurses, aides, servers, etc. know the residents by name and treat them with kindness and respect. Hugs are freely given to all! Ben and Micha are there every day and you can tell after talking with them for just a few minutes that this is not just a business for them. They are deeply invested in the lives of the residents. I give the entire team and enthusiastic five stars!

The atmosphere is beautiful at Oasis. It's a gorgeous facility that's very light. You don't feel like you're in a skilled nursing home, rest home or assisted living at all. It's just a beautiful space, and I really think that that's the space that affects people and visitor's mood. The staff is very friendly, very caring and very responsive. The care so far for my mother has been excellent. They seem to know how to handle her, what her needs are and what to do with her. She does not participate much in the activities but they do have varied activities and activities going on all day. And you know staff are there looking out after the residents all day. The food seems to be good too. My mother's room is also very nice. It's a single room with her private bathroom. It's well furnished, very bright and cheery. She has a wonderful view of Worcester. She can see Indian Lake and that's very nice. Overall, I am very pleased with the care.

Everything gets a 10++ at Dodge Park. They're kind and welcoming. It's also clean. All the caregivers are not lazy. They're kind and always up doing something. Everything runs smoothly there. Each of them takes special care of my mother even the lady who does the laundry and the servers. Mom has a very nice room which looked out into the backyard and the pond. I've eaten there a couple of times and it's very good. I mean its good food but its institutional food. They're more than nice. They have dogs come in once a week, yoga and music and tai chi from the outside. There's always something going on.

My mother has dementia and it was just getting worse and worse that we couldn't care for her at home. I heard about Dodge Park advertised on the radio and I wanted to see what it was about. When we came and visit, that affected me and my sister because it looked like it's everything that we wanted for her. I think it's incredible there. I can't imagine that any facility similar to this is going to treat residents better than they do. If we had any concerns (which we haven't really) you speak with them and it's done right away. Honestly, I don't know what I could really say bad about them. I see the owners every time I go, which I go quite frequently as much as my sister but she's there a lot also. The owners are always checking on things and making sure things go right. The nursing are fantastic and friendly too. They're always trying to keep the residents busy and active as they can. They have all kinds of activities that they do with the residents. I never t thought I'd see my mother participating but they got her to participate. We heard a lot of nightmares about places and we were very hesitant to place mom anywhere. She's very independent; she's a nurse manager for 40y ears. She has dementia but she still has presence of mind at the time. I work at a hospital and I see a lot of care, the amount of time and patience that they give to the resident is awesome. In addition, the food is really good. We've done Christmas, Thanksgiving and we just did Easter. Even last minute I show up, say I want to have breakfast with mom or some days that I show up into the service and if I am hungry and wanted to eat anything, they're quick and they'd give me whatever I want from the service. They never don't ask from a full meal to a casual meal. They always ask or it's always offered. Her room is big and beautiful. Sometimes, I get there early in the morning and everything is neat. Shortly after she's out of bed, the bed is made, the trash is emptied and sinks from the counter is clean. There's also a big, shared bathroom. The sink there is always clean, it never smelled. That is the other thing I'm worrying about because I know a couple of people who has been in nursing homes. One thing that I've noticed in a lot of nursing homes is the strong urine smell. Here, never. It never ever smelled anything even when she started across the street in the older building with a lot more people in the smaller area or when we moved her over to the new building when they were taking new residents. Moreover, the other thing that me and my sister really like is the way they monitor with the chairs and the beds. She's very independent and she likes to do things on her own so if she tries to get up, it'll alert them right away so there are no worries. It's just fabulous.

My mother, Roberta is the resident of Dodge Park. The atmosphere is fantastic. It's not even like a nursing home or anything like that. It feels like you're in a 5 star hotel and everything is state of the art. The caregivers are phenomenal. They're very attentive to all of my mom's needs and all the other residents' needs. There are quite a few residents there right now but it doesn't feel like that because it's just so spacious, bright and clean. The food is fantastic too. It's not a sad feeling when you go visit her or like leaving her there because you know she's safe and well taken care of. She sometimes participates in activities. Mom is not necessarily like the one who participates in bingo or things like that. She just sits in the sun, rests, does her cross word puzzles, reads magazines; those type of things. But there are plenty of things to do there if she wanted to partake in anything. We visit her almost daily so we see a lot of activities going on. They have crafts, games for the residents and exercise classes. There's always live entertainment like a guitar or piano player during the weekends or special holidays. Last week, we had a family Easter dinner. Family and friends join the residents last Wednesday. We were all served with food and desserts and there was a guitar player for a couple of hours. They always seem to cater to the residents and the family just to make us feel like one big family. She's happy there. It just makes it feel like she's at home. I really have nothing to say negative about it at all. I will give them 5 stars or definitely higher.

Oasis at Dodge Park is a very caring community. They provide excellent nursing care for my mother, even from the non-nursing personnel as well. I think my mother is in a very safe place. She's in an environment that encourages people to thrive and her needs are very well met. I think that people there go the extra mile and not only provide excellent care but provide compassion and love to the people. I am a nurse case manager and my mother is a nurse. There's certain aspect to it that's very important to us when we're deciding for the best place for my mother. We had to make the decision that we as a family can no longer provide that level of care that she needed in our home. The dining staff is very attentive to my mother's needs too. She has a very specialized diet. They want to make sure that the food is appropriate for her. I don't eat the food very often there but she is doing very well with the food. I think the food is very healthy and nutritious. We're pleased because she's eating the amount that she needs to have so that's good. I will give them 5 stars and I have absolutely no problem doing that. I have seen other facilities as a nurse and as a care provider. I think that what the facility offers for people is something more than you're going find in other places. The fact that the owners have provided a place that's not only beautiful but a place where people with memory loss can feel open, alive and can thrive in the environment. It's not a place for people to sit there and wait to die. It's a place where people can continue to live with vitality. The other thing that I love about this place is that the owner has gone so far as to incorporate programs like music therapy and arts therapy. Some people might look at that and say "Why would you spend the money on that, these people aren't going to remember it, right?"" But they do it because they understand that the clients are living in a moment. They celebrate that and all of the client's needs are being met there, not just physically and cognitively but also emotionally and spiritually. I can walk into this facility and feel that I'm part of this whole experience too. I really try to let other people know about it because there are standards that I have as a nurse when I walk into a place. But I'm not just a nurse when I walk in there, I'm a daughter. I need to know that when I leave, my mother is well cared for because I can't provide that care for her anymore. That's why the decision was so difficult for any daughter to make, to allow somebody to have the privilege to care for their mother who's worth it. My mom is worth everything so it made our choice easier because we knew that she's being cared for with love there. There comes a time for children when they have to make a difficult situation as to the best environment for a parent to be placed so that the right level of care can be provided. My family and I really feel that my mother is getting that care and that it's a great source of comfort to us because we don't have to worry about the care that she's receiving. She's getting more than what she needs. It's a place where she can thrive and that's what we wanted for her. We feel fortunate and blessed that we found this place for her. I hope more people will find out about them and be able to bring their parents there. It's been a great comfort for us.

When I first determined that my husband had dementia and needed to be taken care of, I looked around the city for an adult day facility. I went to visit them and some of them were in basement of churches and people just sat around the table. Some of them didn't start til 9 o'clock and I work and needed to be at work by 7am. When I went to Dodge Park, it was very homey. It felt like you were going into someone's livng room. The adults that were there were playing games and working on projects. I saw a big difference in other adult day facilities. The activities were varied. They do some active things like yoga and bowling. They have scuplturing and painting. They also have word games and card games in the afternoon and singalongs. I like it there because there's a good variety of things. Some of the things my husband would say he doesn't like but then something would come up that would catch his interest. I really like that. The staff is very helpful in letting me know what I could do to help make my husband be comfortable and for him to have a good experience there.

I'm 77 years old and my husband is quite disabled. It was a help for me having him in Dodge Park part time. I also need to keep my social contacts as well so it's been very good for both of us. The program there is excellent. They have a variety of different things which are therapeutic and socially helpful. He goes 3 times a week. My husband was always a very social person and it was hard for him not to see people all the time. By going over Dodge Park, he meets new friends and enjoys their company. He enjoys all the activities they have. There's something different everyday. Most of the things they do are not only enjoyable but healthy in one way of another. He has a movement disorder so getting him to do things like painting and sculpting really helps his movements. He's able to do more. It makes him feel like he is able to do something.

My mom's case manager told me about Dodge Park. So I went there with my mother, and immediately I know it was the right place. They're very one-on-one. They really care about her, they love her, they will actually hug her and make her feel she's with her family. We go three times a week, but she gets up and gets dress and thinks she's going to Dodge Park every day. She had a little bit of stranger anxiety during her first week. It was a little bit difficult even though she enjoyed it there. But they try to keep the activities structured. They give us a paper calendar for the month. They have art every day, Friday mornings they'll bake, and then there are certain days that they just do chair exercises. So they have a lot of music which they love and have them really moving. They let them do the best what they can. I love the place. It's been great ever since.

What really impressed me the first time I went to Dodge Park was just how warm, friendly, and caring everybody was. Everybody's smiling and it feels like home. My mother go there once a week. People always seem to know who she is when she walks in. They address her by name. People are very nice and good to her. We just started in December. And although sometimes she's not overly optimistic about her situation and feeling pretty down, she's smiling and always in a good mood when I pick her up. So she's happy there. The place doesn't feel like an institution. It feels like going to a friend's home. It's a nice warm feeling. I'm very happy.

I didn't really know much about Dodge Park. I went to visit a lot of adult day centers, and there isn't a program around has the kind of flexibility they offer. The people are very caring. They have a lot of entertainment that comes in. They keep the residents busy. They play ping-pong, they do bowling, bingo and a lot other activities. The food is great, and it's probably the cleanest place you'll ever walk into. It is spotlessly clean everywhere. That's why everybody think so highly of it.

The day club at Dodge Park is excellent. The people who run it, Debbie and Kate, are absolutely wonderful. Thea, the activities director is excellent. The people are happy and everything was on time. I would usually pick up my mother around 7 o'clock to take her home. They provide a lot of activities for people with dementia. They care about the people. We've been working with them for over a year now. They are really good. The place is always very clean. Even the people who take care of the cafeteria or dining room are doing a good job. My mother said the food was good. It's also a secure place.

I've visited the place when we we're looking a place for my mom, though she still stays home at this time. The place is a good type for a faciliy, well-run, and nice type of people. Nursing staff and a medical director, were available 24-hours a day / 7-days a week. Definitely a place we'll be considering in the future.
