When I brought my mother to the facility they had a very small wheel chair to bring out to the car. I asked for a larger more comfortable chair. The staff asked another staff where another wheel chair was and the other staff just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. The first staff member could not locate another chair. Since my mom has moved in, I have asked 3 different staff members over a 72 hour period for a remote control for my mothers tv. At this time she does not have one. She lies in bed or sits up in a chair. She has no form an entertain. The staff seem nice and caring, but they don't follow with with the simplest of request and do not know where to get what they need to make a resident comfortable. This concerns me. If they can't do these things, will the be attentive to her medical needs as well?
