I am currentlt a resident at Watertown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. We have activities, we enjoy Bingo, the nurses are very nice, residents here are friendly. I have been here for 71\2 years and I haven't had any troubles. Overall I love it here.

Inattentive, unprofessional staff. She was sent there for physical therapy, no physical therapist has seen her. They ruitinely miss medication. The lie to the doctor that she is receiving treatment The facility is filthy, walking down the hallway all you hear are residents calling for help.

Watertown Health Center had a little space in the back with some grass. The main area where people hang out was clean, and the rooms were OK. I just didn't like that their food was cafeteria food, and that they were too relaxed. The girl who took me around was OK, it just wasn't an enthusiastic place.

My father is Watertown Health Center. We chose them because it's closer to home and the nurses really help them out. It's a nice, clean place. They cooperate with the patients and have activities for handicapped and elderly people. They also do physical therapy with the patients.

My mother was in there for rehab after an injury to her leg. When I met with her case worker, and physical therapy staff I was very clear in what she needed to do before she came home. The case worker was very dismissive, but I was assured there would be meetings to report on her progress. There were no meetings. The head nurse on her floor spoke poor English and was argumentative with me when I asked for her test results. Every time. They do not keep a very clean facility. I was always seeing crumbs, food and dirt on the floor They did not pay attention to her special diet. They would start therapy and then tell her they would be right back, and never came back. They refused to help her to the bathroom, knowing she was a fall risk. I complained when I came in one night and saw the aid was playing on her phone instead of helping her. I watched my mother struggle to make it to the bathroom. Shortly after that they put a catheter in and left it in for a week. She already had a UTI (which they knew about) so this just caused more issues. And then, they sent her home with no warning to us and 24 hours later we were calling 911. She had Pneumonia which triggered Congestive Heart failure. So please, do not put your loved ones in this place. This is not a safe place for anyone. And if you are reading this and you have someone in there, move them. Please.

The staff here are so accommodating to our needs. They are always listening, and try their hardest to make every single bit of your loved ones stay here so important. Whenever I come to visit, I always see the staff going from person to person to make sure that each and every one of them have the best day that they possibly can. Baker and Frances are wonderful, and they tend to the needs of each and every resident on their floor. John has saved me on more times than I can count, helping me out with even the simplest thing. Overall, Watertown Health Center is fabulous.
