My father has been at Epoch for about seven weeks now. Not the best looking place but good food and great staff. My family visit morning, noon and night and we have not experienced anything negative with staff members. The important thing to us is that he is treated well and fed. They offer many recreations that any and all patients can participate in. They invite family members to join in the festivities which I think shows the patient that we are all family. That is a good feeling - family is the world to most people and Epoch in my opinion tries to create that family feeling.
