My mother was in this Rehab Facility for three months. The Rehab was wonderful, but the care was poor. Nurse left a needle and meds on the bed side table and left the room while my mom was in the bathroom being toileted. CNA's would double glove wearing two gloves at the same time not washing hands between patients.. My mom also would ring the call light to be changed and would have to try and enjoy a meal while being soiled. CNA's took frequent breaks.
Don't do it!

Very horrified by their service. My Mom is a diabetic who is having issues with her sugar levels. The staff did not check her sugar levels all night. Her sugar level dropped down to 7 where it should have been at 130. When the staff checked on her in the morning, she was unresponsive and they called an ambulance. She almost died.
