My dad was in Ollie Steele Burden Manor Nursing Facility. I liked the physical therapy staff. They were very helpful. My dad was actually in skilled care for a month and then he went into respite care after that. The skilled care was wonderful. That wing was great. The workers were great. They took very good care of my dad. Pleasant and upbeat, and the physical therapy group was very good. But when we moved to the other side, which was considered respite, short-term, or long-term, we weren't sure what we were going to do. I was very disappointed in the staff, the aides, and the attitudes that were displayed. I felt like they were lazy and incompetent and didn't care. It's old, and nothing has been updated. All the facilities need to be modernized. It's very clean.

We're very pleased with Ollie Steele Burden Manor Nursing Facility, the physical therapy especially was excellent. My mother-in-law has been there since December. The staff was very good, the facility was very clean and they're very caring. We were pleased with the experience. She eats in her room, but she says that the food is very good. Physical therapy is mainly the shining star for me, it was the most outstanding. She's improved enough to go home, it's remarkable how they've helped her improve so much.
