The entire staff showed full dignity and respect to my mother-in-law during her daily care and needs with vascular dementia. The excellent care continued throughout her decline for the 3 years there until her death. Special respect and love came to her by all staff while they treated her with the recognition she needed. Her dementia caused much loss of function in daily chores and speaking, but it left her able to recognize and respond to staff and family with limited attempts through the time of her dying. The staff was extremely supportive and encouraging to all of needs of the family throughout the difficult decline.
