Active Day of Merrillville is a great place for your loved ones to attend while you work, run errands or just get a little me time. The staff is great from the drivers to the director (Maria) and everyone else in between. They have breakfast & lunch as well as snacks. The crafts & activities are great for physical therapy & cognitive therapy as well as just darn creative & fun. If you are considering Adult Day Services for your loved one, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. My mom has been there for years & I truly believe without it she would have deteriorated & not be where she is today cognitively.
