I lived at the North park nursing center for 3.5 years. They were just starting to remodel the kitchen.. I haven't seen the final result of the remodeling but have been told that it looks a whole lot better ????

The facility smells like urine when you enter and through the corridors. No fresh air is available because they have the windows screwed shut and by law they should be providing fresh air. They are not able to keep staff with recent changes made. New director of nursing and new administrator -family members for residents have not been contacted of changes. The service has deteriorated in the last year so much. No longer receiving communication. This facility once was a great place for residents. What happened?
