Markham Senior Living Complex is very nice. It's in our price range but they don't have any availability right now. I have a friend who lives there. I like it because it's very clean and it's well-kept. The staff is very friendly. The people that live there are very friendly, too. They have a lot of nice amenities. There is a laundry facility and a fitness room on every floor. It is pretty nice. There's parking available for the residents. Activities are good. I know they have functions where they take the residents downtown to different places. It's good value for the money.

I toured Markham Senior Living Complex. Everything there was in order. It was nice and clean. It was kept up. It gave you a sense of wanting to belong there. The room was nice. It could have been a little larger, but overall it was doable. I saw the property manager, one office worker, and one maintenance person. They were fun and they were welcoming, cordial, and helpful.

Markham Senior Living Complex was very nice and clean, but the unit was too small for what we needed. The staff was very helpful and very good. I liked their whole setup. It was very nice. It's near to a hospital, restaurants, and grocery stores. Everything's around them.

David Webb Jr. Senior Living Complex was spacious. The staff could've been friendlier, but other than that, it's OK. I saw no activities. The room was set up nice for the seniors, was spacious, and well laid out. Everything was convenient.

We provide monthly activities as a courtesy to our residents. Each resident receives a monthly activity calendar. We have regular activities like bingo, keno, movie day, zumba, etc.

David Webb Senior Complex and its staff members are great. I don't have any problem with anything. They have card games, bingo, Wii bowling, chess, and checkers; you name it, they have it. My apartment is like a regular apartment. I have a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. I have stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors except in the bedroom.

The lasy who gave me a tour at Webb Senior Living Complex was friendly. But it was hard to set an appointment because the person in charged was in and out of the building. It was a beautiful place but the rooms were just too tiny.
