My mother was at Sage Grove Assisted Living. The staff was really good to my mom and kept everything very clean and nice. It was a nice place for her to be. They took very good care of her. She had a small room with a single bed in it. They were very good about letting my father go in and stay with her during the day.

We had a terrible experience with Sage Grove. They seemed incredibly short staffed and unable to care for residents. When we moved my mom in, they had no transition plan so she became anxious and aggressive. A nurse admitted to me that she had pushed my mom. When we moved my mom out she had bruising and a UTI. We do not recommend this care facility.
