I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My mother is currently in Aspen Transitional Rehabilitation. They are very caring and kind. It is a beautiful facility, and it is clean. They are very attentive. She only does her rehab, and she's kind of confined to her room except for when she goes to her rehab.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Aspen Transitional Rehabilitation did a wonderful job. I would rate them very highly as a skilled nursing facility. My mother was there after she broke her hip and arm, and they did a very good job with her. Unfortunately, because of COVID, she was kind of locked down, but they really kept on top of things. They did an excellent rehab job. The therapy was the best. The building was very good. It looked clean and kept up. The only problem that we had was that she was in isolation, so she couldn't have visitors for a while, and she was in a private room, so she was a little bored. Other than that, she was kept very safe and clean, and they really concentrated on her nutrition. She really liked the rehab that they did with her. Rehab was hard, but they did a very good job. The activities were limited at that time because of COVID. Some of the staff had COVID and they were restricting people into their rooms.

I visited this facility

I have stayed in Aspen Transitional Rehab, and it was wonderful. Everything was good, and the staff there was outstanding. The room had a lot of space in it. I'm in a wheelchair, and I could get around really well. It was nicely decorated. The staff were very kind. They came as soon as you called them and were always ready to help. If they couldn't help you, they would go get somebody else to. They were just really good, that's why I like them. The food was good, and they had an interesting menu. All the stuff was delicious. I was really surprised because I looked at the video, and when I tried it, it was always good. The residents are tuned in on their rehab, so they don't have a whole lot of activities there. They do have little classes on things like falling and stuff like that. They do the laundry every day, and it always came back. They do have a quite extensive library, and a computer that you can use too.
