My husband wasn’t in Rosewood that long. I put him in at about 5 o’ clock in the evening and stayed there with him till about 9:00, and then I left and went home. Then I came back because somebody called me and said, “You need to come out here. Your husband had fell out of bed.” He even fell down twice. I told them that they had to put rails on the bed, if he does fall out of bed. He goes in a long way off by himself -- no rails on the bed, and nobody there to check on him, so I took him out that morning. The room was fine. They just didn’t have any rails on the bed, and they didn’t have him close enough where they could watch or monitor him. The staff seemed OK. When you talk to them, they are nice, but they are all ready to deny everything when something happens.
