I went here. It was nice. The people that worked there were very friendly. It was clean and nice. My dad had stayed there many years ago. My mother liked it at first; but then when they didn't have a private shower, she kind of turned against that. Other than that, it was a nice place. They had a lot of activities going on, which is a good thing. The rooms were nice size. The staff was polite. The residents were all out in the TV room, and some of them were watching TV and some were playing cards. They do stuff on just about every day. If you want to do it, you can participate. You don't necessarily have to, but they encourage it, which I think is good to encourage the older people to get out and mingle (so to speak). They have music on certain days, and they cook hamburgers outside. You get to bring your own furniture, so you can make the room as nice as you want to. It's plenty big enough for a loveseat, a twin bed, and a chest drawer. You make it what you want. You furnish it and decorate it how would you like. They have an outdoor area that's really nice. It has a bunch of flowers. The dining area is nice. It is kind of a cafeteria style. It is just big room. It looked like everybody was pretty peaceful. They were doing different things, but the residents looked like they were happy. It was pretty good.
